Dean Blunt and Joanne Robertson – Wahalla
Dean Blunt continues his recent spate of free music reveals with latest incarnation ‘Walhalla’. Working side-by-side with frequent collaborator Joanne Robertson, the collection of songs are apparently offcuts from a prolific 2014 for the duo. Blunt released two LPs (‘Black Metal’ and ‘Skin Fade’) and Robertson readied her 2015 LP ‘Black Moon Days’. We’ve listened through a handful of times and, as expected, the results are totally dream-like.
Clocking in at just shy of 25 minutes, ‘Wahalla’ proves, once again, that Dean Blunt is up there with the most inspired music makers of his generation. Listen in above and/or download the project by clicking right here.
